LJ Antonuccio is a PCC-credentialed ICF coach, CoFounder and CEO of Compassionate Muse (CoMuse), and a 30-year veteran of the music, media, events, and tech industries. She has held pivotal roles at Eventbrite, TicketWeb/Ticketmaster, IndieGOGO, Patron Technologies, and Blockparty and has coached hundreds of creative leaders through pivotal career moments. She is a SXSW and Midem speaker, published writer, and Founding Mentor for Women in Music at Ohio University’s Scripps School of Communication. LJ is the program architect, lead facilitator, and your sales and engagement contact.

Cohort Facilitation & Expert Contributors

Career Compass is delivered by a curated bench of credentialed coaches and supported by a multidisciplinary team of expert contributors — including therapists, financial wellbeing specialists, health and wellness coaches, visual recorders, and HR strategists. Each cohort is led by a dedicated professionally credentialed Coach (ICF, CEC, EMCC). Expert content is delivered live or via CoMuse-produced video segments inside the program. Specific facilitator and contributor pairings are matched to each engagement based on cohort composition and your team’s needs.
